Short version: we don't sell your information, and we only keep what we need to help you.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address and message you type. Calls and texts to our numbers go straight to us. This site does not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How we use it
To answer your question, quote a job, or let you know your computer is ready. We keep messages only as long as needed to help you.
Third parties
The map on this site is embedded from Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy. Contact form submissions are delivered by a form-handling service to our email. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
Your data on your computer
When you bring us a machine, we access only what is needed to do the job you asked for. We never copy, keep or share your personal files except as part of a data transfer or recovery you requested.
